压铸模压模温机

    机器、模具和合金是压铸工艺的三大要素,而模具的温度在金属溶液的热量散发,充型以及铸件凝固过程中都是关键的因素,因此压铸行业在压铸生产时都得使用压铸模温机控温。

机组特点

适当的模具表面温度分布必需因应产品的形状,如厚度、横切面厚薄变化等表面要求,及生产周期而决定。一般的适当温度为:合金模具表面温度铝合金180-300℃,镁合金180-280℃,锌合金100-200℃。理想的加热方法应为压铸模温机加热。热油不间断地通过模具内管道,从内部进行模具加热,使模具达到适合生产的状态。由于压铸模温机不但能加热,亦可像水般进行冷却,功能像热交换器般,可保持模具温度在一定范围内,即使生产中断时亦可适当地保持模具温度。压铸模温机利用高热传性的导热媒体,以便在很短的时间内将模具内多余的热送走。压铸模温机在设定好热平衡温度后,能自动控制其温度在极小误差之内,且能维持定值。这样,压铸模温机就能使温度保持恒定,在生产或停止时防止温差扩大或缩小,这对压铸生产效率以及压铸产品的质量是有很大帮助的。

◆ 1)如果是大铸件,可以缩短合模时间

◆ 2)如果是du表面质量要求高的铸件,使用模温机可以降低缩孔、气孔、粘膜(模具温度过高)。夹渣、冷隔、缩裂(模具温度过低)等缺陷。

◆ 3)不再用瓦斯枪烧烤模具对模具加热

◆ 4)改变错误的做法-使用大量喷涂剂对模具温度进行降温而产生的模具损坏。

◆ 5)产品均一性的提升。

所以压铸生产过程中,压铸模温机必不可少。

Appropriate mold surface temperature distribution must be determined in accordance with the shape of the product, such as surface requirements such as thickness, cross-sectional thickness changes, and production cycle. Generally, the appropriate temperature is: the surface temperature of the alloy mold is 180-300℃ for aluminum alloy, 180-280℃ for magnesium alloy, and 100-200℃ for zinc alloy. The most ideal heating method should be die-casting mold temperature machine heating. The hot oil continuously passes through the pipeline in the mold to heat the mold from the inside to make the mold reach a state suitable for production. Since the die-casting mold temperature controller can not only heat, but also cool it like water, it functions like a heat exchanger and can keep the mold temperature within a certain range, even if the production is interrupted, it can also properly maintain the mold temperature. The die-casting mold temperature controller uses a heat-conducting medium with high thermal conductivity to send the excess heat away from the mold in a short time. After setting the thermal equilibrium temperature, the die-casting mold temperature controller can automatically control its temperature within a very small error and maintain a constant value. In this way, the die-casting mold temperature controller can keep the temperature constant and prevent the temperature difference from expanding or shrinking during production or stopping, which is of great help to the efficiency of die-casting production and the quality of die-cast products.

◆ 1) If it is a large casting, the mold clamping time can be shortened
◆ 2) If it is a casting with high surface quality requirements, the use of a mold temperature machine can reduce shrinkage, pores, and mucous membranes (the mold temperature is too high). Defects such as slag inclusion, cold barrier, shrinkage cracking (mould temperature is too low).
◆ 3) No longer use gas gun barbecue mold to heat the mold
◆ 4) Change the wrong approach-mold damage caused by using a large amount of spray agent to cool the mold temperature.
◆ 5) Improve product uniformity.

Therefore, the die-casting mold temperature controller is indispensable in the die-casting production process.
